Team operations

Give every performance-testing workflow a clear owner.

A Load Test Lab team owns its users, subscription, Agent, projects, and shared assets. Team administration separates customer-level responsibilities from day-to-day test operation and read-oriented reporting access.

01

Manage users as team records

Managed-user views identify people by email and name and expose their role and account status. Administration can distinguish activated, deactivated, and terminated accounts instead of treating every account as permanently active.

02

Assign responsibility with product roles

Customer Admin manages accounts, subscription, Agent, projects, and the wider team configuration. Manager can manage projects and tests without customer administration. Performance Tester operates tests, evaluations, comparisons, labels, and test-level notification or report configuration, but does not create, edit, or terminate projects. Test Report Listener is intended for outcome and report consumption.

03

Limit work through project membership

Projects group tests and restrict visibility through membership. Reusable labels then provide an additional way to classify projects, tests, evaluations, and comparisons inside the team.
