Access management

Give each user the access their job requires.

Load Test Lab evaluates role permissions together with active user and team state and project membership. This keeps customer administration, technical test work, and stakeholder review separate.

01

Separate administration from test work

Customer Admin handles users, subscription, Agent, projects, tests, and reporting. Performance Tester focuses on the technical test workflow, while Manager works with project and test context without customer administration.

02

Provide read-oriented stakeholder access

Test Report Listener can review projects, tests, evaluations, comparisons, notifications, reports, the file-template list, and the scheduler, including report downloads. The role cannot open or download file-template details and does not receive broader administration access.

03

Understand Free Trial boundaries

Free Trial supports projects, labels, tests, plans, imports, evaluations, comparisons, reports, and scheduler review. It does not include team-user administration, Agent management or execution, recipient configuration, or file-template management.
